Complete Property Management Services

* Thorough & complete prospective tenant screening which includes:

(1) Credit Report
(2) Income verifications
(3) Verification of Previous tenancies
(4) Criminal  background  check

* Leasing Services provided by Top Realty Group, LLC include:
 listing property on website with a slide show, free posting in area websites such as Craigslist.com and postlets.com. Advertising on the MLS ( multiple listing service, a professional real estate database)
* lease renewals 
 Services provided by Top Investments, LLC:

*Rent collections* Supervision of all necessary property maintenance (additional fee applies)
* Periodic drive by inspections of all properties
* Accurate computerized  financial statement as requested.
* Evictions (attorney’s fees provided by board certified attorney and court costs not included)

Our Fees are:

Monthly Management Fee
10% of monthly gross revenue
